Cook

Hello from Cook Class! We love being active learners and taking part in all the fun things our curriculum has to offer. Our topic in the autumn term is 'People Who Help US' where we have been learning about different jobs and people that inspire us. In Spring we will be learning about the 'Transport' and ways we move around. In summer our topic will be 'Explorers' and we will be learning about the world around us and hopefully going on some adventures! We also get to go to Forest School and swimming on a weekly basis which is great fun. We love to be creative and imaginative and take pride in everything we do. 

Polo

We are Polo Class and we enjoy exploring and playing, especially outdoors! We take our learning very seriously through theoretical tasks but also, by playing with peers. We like taking our learning outside and we enjoy activities such as Swimming, Horse Riding, and Forest School. Our Autumn topic is “Dinosaurs”. We will go green by learning about “Recycling and the Rainforest” in the Spring term. And finally, in the Summer term, we will learn about “Under the Sea and Oceans”. We always make sure we have fun with our learning whilst building good friendships!

Drake

Welcome to Drake class. We love being creative and having fun. Our topic this Autumn is The Great Fire of London and we are exploring how and where the great fire started in 1666. As part of this topic, we will be comparing how London looked in the past to the current day and how fire fighting equipment has developed. In the spring term, we will be finding out about WW2 as part of that we will be looking at creating our own model Anderson shelters. During the summer term, we will be travelling to Ancient Greece where the olympics began and learning about Greek mythology. We are looking forward to working together, having fun with our learning and playing with our friends.
