Welcome to Ride class.  This year we have 11 pupils, 3 girls and 8 boys. We have 4 new students this year in our class. We have made a brilliant start to the new school year so far, and have already been making great achievements. Our start in Ride class is new to us all but we have all been very positive and excited for our new journey in KS3. As a class, we have enjoyed many trips that we have participated in already, and look forward to gaining more experience and independence skills as we dive deeper into KS3!

We can't wait for the year ahead and are ready to work hard to reach our individual targets!

Aldrin Class is made up of a friendly, creative, and energetic group of Year 7, 8, and 9 pupils. Each member of our class brings their own personality and talents, making Aldrin a fun and inspiring place to learn.

Our class teacher is Miss Dowie, who is supported by our fantastic Teaching Assistants, Mrs Reynolds and Miss Niyro. They work together to guide and encourage us every step of the way.

We enjoy a rich and diverse timetable that includes subjects like Maths, English, PE, ICT, Design Technology, Food Technology, Outdoor Learning, Science, and much more! We approach our lessons with a positive mindset, and we know that asking for help is a smart and confident choice. We always do our best and support one another.

In Aldrin Class, we are developing important life skills and independence, both within school and out in the wider community. We’re also really excited that some of us will have the opportunity to go on a residential trip to Danbury this year—a great chance for new experiences and building confidence!

In Armstrong we believe that learning happens best when it's hands-on, fun, and meaningful. That’s why we spend time at Forest School and out in the community, using real-world experiences to bring our topics to life. 

We work as a team and support each other every step of the way. Our students take pride in being positive role models — showing kindness, respect, and responsibility wherever we go.

As a class, we grow by building confidence and life skills, explore through new experiences and learning beyond the classroom, believe in ourselves and each other, and achieve by celebrating progress, big or small.

Welcome to Hadfield class! We are a high energy, fun and enthusiastic group of learners who particularly enjoy practical based tasks. We are supported by Mr Davis, Mrs Nyiro, Miss Chamberlain and Miss Dobson. The lessons we take part in are: Maths, English, ICT, PE, Outdoor Learning, Art, Food Tech, Wood Tech, STEAM, RSHE, Topic and Performing Arts. When you get the chance to walk around the school make sure you come and look at the brilliant work we are doing!

Peake class is formed of a lively and enthusiastic bunch of year 7, 8 and 9 pupils who have amazing imaginations and are all awesome in their uniqueness! Teachers in Peake class include Miss Becerra Fernandez and Mrs Stack (Form Tutors) and Miss Groves and Miss Watts (Teaching Assistants). We have a full and varied timetable including: Maths, English, PE, ICT, Design Technology, Food Technology, Outdoor learning, Science, and so much more! We approach our learning with a positive, 'can-do' attitude, and we know we can ask for help if we need it.  We are learning to increase our life skills and independence both in school, at home, and in the community.  As well as all of the amazing work that we do in school, we do visits into the community, support our learners through therapies and interventions and some of our pupils will also be visiting Danbury this year on a residential!
