Work Experience
Jayden left Endeavour last year to begin his journey into employment, and we couldn’t be prouder of his achievements!
He enrolled in a supported internship through South Essex College at The Finishing Line in Basildon, where he gained hands-on
experience learning the role of a warehouse worker. After just a few months, Jayden’s dedication and hard work paid off – he has
now been offered a permanent position as an employee!
This is a fantastic example of an alternative pathway to employment, and Jayden’s success shows what can be achieved with
determination, support, and opportunity.

Billy has successfully completed his work experience at the Towngate Theatre as an Usher for this year’s pantomime. We are incredibly proud of his hard work and dedication. A huge thank you to Paul Wilding and the amazing team at Towngate Theatre for providing this fantastic opportunity and supporting Billy throughout his placement. Work experiences like these are invaluable for our SEND learners, helping them gain confidence, skills and insight into the world of work.
