Welcome from our Headteacher
Welcome to the Endeavour Co-operative Academy, a special needs school for learners with Moderate Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs aged between 5 and 19.

Our philosophy is Explore, Develop, Refine and Apply. We strive to offer a broad and balanced curriculum based on Life Skills which promotes independence in a safe, secure, happy learning environment. There is an emphasis on Preparing for Adulthood ensuring that all learners reach their full potential. We work in partnership with our families and other professionals in order to meet the individual needs of our learners.

Our recent Ofsted (June 2023) confirms that we remain a GOOD school. The report states that:

"Pupils enjoy attending the Endeavour Co-Operative Academy. It is a happy school, where pupils benefit from strong relationships with staff. Learners describe the school as being a family".
